Next up for Hoosier Baseball is a buisness trip to Port Charlotte, Florida for The Snowbird Baseball Classic.

2017 The Scarlet Knights were 19-34 and 7-16 in the B1G. 11-24 record outside of the Jersey State. Started off 1-5 last season, but did get outside more this winter for practice.
Last seasons RPI was 139, but new pitching coach Phil Cundari won Pitching Coach of the Year in 2011 for Seton Hall.
A scenario we are all looking forward to seeing in this match-up is Fineman vs. Jawuan Harris.
Harris had 60 steals in the last two seasons. Should be an edge-of-your-seat moment.
My money is on Ryan… if not I will absolutely tip my cap!
rutger is picked to finish last in the B1G or close to it by most publications .
Saturday’s game is against Boston College (2-1) 12PM
The Golden Eagles finished 2017 with an RBI of 84. Overall 25-28 and 11-19 in ACC.
Finished last year 16-6 at home in the last year of Shea Field. Brand new on campus stadium for the Eagles this year.
I’m sure that has fans fired up, but they are still predicted to finish last or next to last in the ACC.
Won two of three from Santa Clara this last weekend.
Chicago State ( 1-2) will close out the weekend. 10:30AM
CSU returns 6 senior starting position players and a Juco transfer first baseman, Tyler Lowe, who they expect big things from.
Pitching seems to be very thin. They have high expectations for Juco transfer Edward Kang but their coaches even say they lack any kind pitching depth.
Chicago St. is picked to finish last in their conference by all publications.
Hopefully a 3 win weekend!
We will have the links up on gameday, and the recaps after each game!
