Indiana hits five home runs in one inning on the way to a dominant 23-5 victory

The Hoosier bats came alive on Thursday afternoon. While only the second biggest inning of the day, the fireworks were in the bottom of the fourth inning when Brock Tibbitts, Carter Mathison, Matthew Ellis, Josh Pyne, and Devin Taylor all hit home runs. Freshman Connor Foley was the winning pitcher in two innings of middle relief, and Ben Seiler earned his first save of the season, getting the final 12 outs surrendering only a single walk and no hits in his 4 innings of work. After the game the media spoke to head coach Jeff Mercer, and then Pyne and Ellis.
The Hoosiers go for the sweep at 4pm Friday, weather permitting. See You At the Bart!
