Rivalry three game series at the BART starting Friday

Purdue comes to Bart Kaufman Field for a three game set this weekend. All games are on BTN+ and Austin Render will have the audio call on IUHoosiers.com iubase.com will be live tweeting the series from the BART @iubase17.
Purdue is 1-7 on the season coming off of a 4 game sweep at the hands of the #22 Michigan Wolverines. Offensively this season Purdue has been lead by Ben Nisle who has a 1.173 OPS and hit the teams only two home runs on the year, both against Michigan. On the mound juco transfer Calvin Schapira has been the most consistent pitcher with a 2.45 ERA in two starts and 7.1 innings pitched. He’s expected to go on Saturday. Former Hoosier and shortstop Justin Walker has started 7 and played in all 8 games for the Boilermakers.
