The Indiana offense was repeating many of the same issues that plagued it week ago against Evansville. Only managing 1 run on 4 hits through 7 innings, it looked like yet another bad midweek loos for this Hoosier team. Three runs each in the 8th and 9th forced extra innings and the Hoosier pitching kept the Cardinals at bay until the sun went down and ended the contest, as Ball Diamond has no lights.
