Media meets with Decker-Petty, Oliver, and Mercer following 8-4 to clinch the Michigan series in the season finale

Indiana pitchers struck out 17 Wolverines and the bats ripped five homers on the way to 8-4 victory on Friday night. Righty sophomore Aydan Decker-Petty struck out 8 in 3.1 innings of work and freshman second baseman Jasen Oliver hit two long balls. The media met with Decker-Petty, Oliver, and head coach Jeff Mercer following the game.
Indiana next plays Tuesday at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Nebraska in the B1G Tournament. The Hoosiers are the number 3-seed in the tournament and will face the 6-seed, either Purdue or Ohio State, depending on the results of Saturday’s action. The game will be at 11am ET on Big Ten Network. See You at the Bart!
