Indiana needed only one hit, a Korbyn Dickerson moon shot, to take an early 6 run lead on the Boilermakers on Mother’s Day. Cole Gilley shoved for a quality start, and Indiana strung hits together late to beat rival Purdue in run-rule walk-off fashion. Gilley, Dickerson, and head coach Jeff Mercer met with the media following the contest.
Indiana will travel to Cincinnati for their final midweek game on Tuesday at 6pm.
