The Hoosiers managed to collect four earned runs against Michigan State ace lefty Joseph Dzierwa, who had only given up 6 earned runs all season before this outing. Devin Taylor had three hits as part of the Hoosier effort to get the lead. Senior Gavin Seebold got the win with a 2 earned run 5 inning performance. Ryan Kraft held the lead in the sixth and the seventh. The media met with Taylor, Kraft and Mercer.
Indiana concludes the series with a Monday noon doubleheader. See You at the Bart!
